Terms and Condition

We are Nelijakk, a company registered in Estonia. Our address is Võru Street, house number 4, in Põlva county. We can be contacted via our email info@nelijakk.ee .

When you shop with Nelijakk the following terms apply.

The terms and conditions apply to all volumes the Customer orders from Nelijakk online store.

To shop with us, you need to:

be at least 16 years old;
have a credit or debit card that we accept (see bottom of page for details of current payment providers);
be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

When you place an order, you should receive a confirming email receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

Product(s) can be ordered online by transferring the desired products to the shopping cart and paying for the content in the shopping cart via the online payment service. The customer is required to read and accept the terms of order and delivery. The order placed by the Customer binds the Customer, who is obliged to pay for the order. Up-to-date information about the order will not be used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or any clarification that may arise.

Nelijakk always reserves the right not to offer all payment options or alternatively, suggest changing your payment method in case the payment method chosen by the customer for some reason does not work when placing an order.


Please note that our products can take from 2 weeks up to 2 months to get ready and arrive to You. After placing an order with us we will start making the product. Nelijakk takes pride in providing excellent quality products from unique fabrics. Our chosen wool can take time to arrive to us as there is not much of it in the world. After receiving the wool we let our fabrics get knitted from yarn in Finland, onwards we commit to making every item of clothing with excellent care.
If the material for the required product is out of stock, the customer will be contacted via email, or alternatively the customer can choose another fabric for the desired product.


You can exchange or return unused product(s) with us in their original packaging within 14 calendar days. Returns must always be agreed in advance by email, with customer name, address and contact details.
Products that are made customer-size, are not subject to refund. If a defective product is found by Nelijakk, an attempt will be made to replace it with the same product or a similar product of equivalent value if the original product ordered is not available.
If a possible dispute regarding the order is not resolved by negotiation between the Seller and the Customer, the consumer may contact Estonian Consumer Adviser and the matter may be referred to the Consumer Dispute Board.


If a package of the ordered product(s) arrives damaged, an external damage notice must be given within 14 days of receiving the parcel directly to the post office. Nelijakk shall not be liable for any broken, delayed, impeded or completely blocked deliveries if they are due to matters beyond the control of Nelijakk.


The price of the product is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Nelijakk reserves the right to change prices and is not responsible for any errors in the product or price information. Nelijakk has the right to cancel an order with a clearly incorrect price.

The inventory may update with a delay of a few days. For this reason, for many ordered products, the ordered product may not be available. If the ordered product is out of stock, you can change it to another, omit the order, or wait for the next batch to arrive. This also applies to products that are marked for entry into stock.

Nelijakk’s liability for errors is limited by law and Nelijakk makes no warranties or representations whatsoever against such liability and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond what is required by law.
